I love the book “Why Not You?” by Debra D. Givens!  I believe this book should be required reading for anyone contemplating entering the nursing field specifically but is excellent reading for all.  Debra is clear and succinct in remembering the details & experiences of her early life as a child to bringing us up to her present!  She is such a great storyteller that she takes the reader on this personal journey of hers and encourages us to coninually evolve through our life experiences and don’t stop till our goals are reached  even when those goals seem unreachable!
